Greener Grass buys land along freeway

TBL has learned that Greener Grass Systems Inc., 3261 County Highway J, Chippewa Falls, recently finalized the acquisition of a 10.5 acre parcel located along the Highway 53 bypass. The land is located just north of property purchased nearly two years ago by Zacho Sports Center.

Greener Grass Systems Founder and President Wayne Bollinger was unable to comment about any future uses of the newly-acquired land prior to TBL deadline.

The property was purchased from Lee and Donna Wheeler. Jeff Theisen of J. Theisen Realtors represented the buyer. Dean Larsen of Acquisition Realty & Development was the listing agent.
