Charlton is sold to Arizona telemarketing firm
Madison,WI-based Charlton, a privately-held telemarkting firm, has sold its assets to Mesa,AZ-based iPacesetters, LLC, effective June 1, 2010. Charlton has a call center at 2132 Eastridge Center, Eau Claire.
In a letter to vendors, Charlton President John Dragisic stated, "As you might know, for the past few months Charlton has been in discussions with a strategic investor. We want you to know that we have decided to sell the assets of Charlton to iPacesetters, LLC ".
Charlton, a leading provider of inbound and outbound teleservices focused on cable, phone and Internet markets, was founded by Brandan Charlton in 1987. John and Sue Dragisic assumed ownership in 1998, one year after the founder died. The company operates call centers in Monroe, Eau Claire and Whitewater,WI. The Christensen Family Trust became a shareholder in 2004.
iPacesetters, which was formerly known as American Pacesetters Enterprises, is a global teleservices and solutions company. The company became iPacesetters after its 2009 acquisition of IQ Resource Ltd., a leading Indian company which supports customers in the United States and United Kingdom.
iPacesetters specializes in controlled teleservices, research and database services, sales and support and provides its own software platform that enables publishers to sell services to new and existing customers. TBL
