TBL has learned that Brad Stuckert, who has worked at Documation, 1556 International Dr., Eau Claire, the past 16 years and most recently served as the chief operating officer, has purchased the assets of the commercial printing company from Roy Fuerstenberg, Rick Olson and Mark Helland, effective Oct. 25th.
"We plan to expand more of our business by working with more local customers. We have two local sales reps now and want to start helping area financial institutions with their monthly statements as we expand into doing more inserting into envelopes," said Stuckert, who added that he is starting a new company that will lease space in a facility that was acquired last week by Suzanne Ashley and Sky Park Leasing, LLC.
"Sky Park Graphics, LLC, will be a spin-off company of Documation and will be a different type of printing company, specializing in direct mail-related items, variable data and specialty mail. We intend to create six to eight jobs with the new company," said Stuckert. The 7,200-square-foot building at 1226 International Dr., Eau Claire, was previously occupied by Tess Corp. prior to its relocation last year.
Documation,LLC, which was established in 1994, specializes in managing, creating, producing and distributing printed and/or digital-media products nationwide for associations, book publishers and commercial enterprises. The company currently has 100 employees.
"I'd like to thank Security Bank for their hard work with this purchase. They assisted with the SBA (Small Business Administration) loan," said Stuckert.
Dean Larsen of Acquisition Realty & Development handled the building sale for Robert Conner Real Estate, LLC, which previously owned the Tess Corp. building.TBL
